2. Description of Agency Services
AARAMBH TECH is a digital engineering agency providing professional services including:

- Free AI Website Prototyping via our conceptual synthesis studio.
3. Free AI Website Builder Studio Terms
We provide a free, 2-minute AI website prototype generation studio ("AI Builder") subject to the following rules:
- Conceptual Nature: Prototypes generated by the AI Builder are single-page frontend demonstrations created for conceptual review and visualization. They do not constitute completed production software, databases, or merchant-ready payment systems until formally engineered by our team.
- "As-Is" Ephemeral Availability: Prototypes are hosted in a temporary, sandboxed viewer environment (
myworks/?id=wk_...) and may be purged after 90 days. - Fair Usage & Rate Limits: Each client IP address is limited to a maximum of 3 prototype builds per day, subject to our overall daily compute capacity. The use of automated scripts, headless bots, or reverse-engineering wrappers against our API gateway is strictly prohibited.
- Content Restrictions: You may not use the AI Builder to generate websites for unlawful, defamatory, infringing, adult/explicit, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We reserve the absolute right to purge any prototype violating these standards.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Inputs: You retain all rights and ownership over the business names, ideas, and brief descriptions you submit to our forms or AI Builder.
- Agency Platform: AARAMBH TECH retains all rights, title, and intellectual property over our platform architecture, proprietary CSS design systems, automation workflows, backend logic, and brand assets.
- Custom Client Deliverables: In commercial client engagements, intellectual property rights to custom-developed source code, custom schemas, and assets are assigned to the client upon full settlement of contracted invoices.
5. Commercial Proposals & Project Engagements
All project estimates, timelines, and scope proposals delivered through our website or consultation channels represent non-binding preliminary estimates. Official project contracts require a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or commercial master service agreement specifying exact deliverables, payment milestones, and technical acceptance criteria.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000:
- AARAMBH TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, temporary server maintenance, or conceptual AI prototype output.
- While we take rigorous measures to maintain high availability and security, we do not warrant that our free prototype viewer will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
